Moments

Moments turn into memories. This moment I have a choice of how I will pay attention and be present, or act and react. This is the only time this moment will happen. There are no redos. This is the only opportunity to seize the moment. I will be aware of my surroundings. I will see if my perception could be different. I will remember THIS moment is the ONLY moment.

Remember to stop and smell the roses.
