Push

Sometimes I got to push myself. It is the last thing I want to do but it could be the best for me. Like the last 10 minutes of a workout give it my all because it will make a difference. When I just cannot leave the house, do it and get out into the fresh air and interact with people I don't see daily. I will feel better and become aware of a bigger picture.
